Boat is located in: Mandeville, Louisiana
Boat has a new in the box 5500 hood offshore furler that goes with the boat.
Has a 80 lb mantus anchor on 300 ft Chain and a real cqr back up with a loftans windlass.
Sails were new in 2022 and have low use and good uv covers.
Rigging is all new in 6 years or so except dolphin striker and forward headstand, hence the new furler.
Pilot house windows were replaced with laminated saftey glass in 2022.
Teak was redone in 2021 by a "professional" but he did a shit job, has 2 boards that need repair now and you could get a few years our of the deck.
Lifelines were taken down but i have all the stanchions and new stainless cable on the boat.
Has a nice bimini and davits that Will hold a 13 ft whaler..... but it's not much fun to sail with it back there.
The wind instruments in the cockpit all need replace or repair .
Interior is decent but is 40 years old and we lived aboard for 7 years with dogs.
It can use some varnish .
The decks are fiberglassed under and can't leak into the cabin, but there were a few areas mainly the fuel and water fills that leaked a little in the past and there's a little wood damage in the back of 3 cabinets.
They were all sealed and no leaks current.
Fridge is a cold plate with insulated walls .
Electronics are 2 plotter and a ais vhf as well as a garmin hydraulic auto pilot.
The head was redone except the counter tops need to be finished also the galley counters.
Engine is a 3000 ish hour 80 hp perkins 4.236.
Has a new heat exchanger and a new starter and a 2 year old alternator.
Boat is cool because it cruises around 7.5 knts and 8.9-9 flat out.
Has single start battery 8d and 2 8d house bank batteries but currently the house bank needs replaced.
Has a nice charger and victron manager .
Has a normal 2000 gph maintenance bilge pump and 2 3700 gph crash pumps.
Also 2 separate high water alarms.
Needs bottom paint.
I'd sail it anywhere with a few days of checks and can deliver up or down the east coast, I am a 100 ton uscg.
It's a nice un hacked up ocean going vessel.
